In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bull777," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the bull777 online gaming platform, accessible at https://bull777.pro, operated under PAGCOR regulatory authorization and serving players in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by bull777.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the bull777 website, mobile site, any associated applications, and all gaming services made available through them.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and ancillary features offered through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) balance held in a Player's Account, whether derived from deposits, winnings, or bonus credits.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required by PAGCOR regulations and bull777 internal compliance policies.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or any non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account under a bull777 promotion.

By accessing the bull777 Platform, creating an Account, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bull777. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

To register and maintain an Account with bull777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of bull777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or voluntary exclusion program that restricts your participation in online gaming.
• You must not have had a previous bull777 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

bull777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Provision of false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated Funds.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the bull777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bull777 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and retain any Bonus Funds credited thereto.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify bull777 of any changes.

bull777 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation. Before processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of current residential address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate); and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot, bank statement header).

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. bull777 will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorized by you, unless you have previously notified bull777 of unauthorized access in writing.

bull777 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods and applicable transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bull777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which bull777 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bull777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the same business day for verified accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically reflect within minutes of approval; bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• bull777 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified if such a review is initiated.
• Deposits that have not been subject to at least one (1) wager prior to withdrawal may be subject to an administrative processing review.

bull777 offers various promotional bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply across all bull777 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" requirements) before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds will be forfeited without compensation.

Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds voided and may be suspended.

All games available on the bull777 Platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems supplied by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by bull777, the player, or any third party.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bull777 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with any game;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, errors, glitches, or malfunctions in any game or system feature;
• Any form of cheating, manipulation, or misrepresentation in connection with any game or promotion;
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform to facilitate illegal financial activity.

In the event of a game error or technical malfunction that results in a disputed outcome, bull777 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. bull777's decision on all game dispute matters is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 13.

bull777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bull777 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum period specified and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any automated data extraction tools, scrapers, or spiders on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of bull777's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by bull777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at bull777.pro/privacy-policy.

By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

bull777 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and licensed service providers strictly where required by law or necessary to deliver our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bull777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, bull777 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, game errors, or interruptions to service;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses arising from reliance on information, content, or advice provided on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss or damage attributable to your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bull777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

bull777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any associated policy;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon permanent Account closure for breach of these Terms, bull777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and withhold real-money Funds pending investigation. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method once any investigation is concluded in their favour, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable game rules and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bull777 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team in writing. bull777 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to reach a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. The decisions of PAGCOR's adjudicating body shall be binding on both parties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any legal action not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

bull777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Reasons for amendment may include, but are not limited to, changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, updates to our Services or business operations, and the need to address emerging risks or compliance requirements.

When material changes are made, bull777 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant amendments, we may also provide notice via email to your registered address or via a Platform notification upon your next login.

Your continued use of the bull777 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
